Our Programs
At Ever Retreat Foundation, our programs are designed to bring transformation, equality, and sustainable growth. Each program focuses on a specific area of community empowerment ensuring that every person, regardless of background or gender, has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Women Empowerment Program builds confidence, resilience, and economic freedom for women, with a focus on single mothers and vulnerable communities. We provide hands-on training in tailoring, weaving, and entrepreneurship practical skills women directly turn into income. But our support continues beyond training; we ensure market access, mentorship, and business guidance to help their enterprises flourish. By fostering financial literacy and creating supportive networks, we turn creativity into lasting opportunity. To date, over 35 women have launched businesses that sustain their families, with many now becoming trainers themselves, perpetuating a powerful cycle of growth and independence.
Our Youth Empowerment Program shapes a generation of skilled, visionary leaders who drive community transformation today. We engage young people through sports, talent competitions, and entrepreneurship training, helping them discover their potential while building teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Through mentorship and innovation challenges, youth gain practical skills for self-employment and leadership. Over 300 young people have participated, creating a powerful network of changemakers. We empower youth to see beyond unemployment, equipping them to create their own opportunities and build a better Rwanda for all.
Our Community Sustainability and Eco-Development Program bridges empowerment with environmental care, ensuring community growth aligns with a greener future. We promote eco-friendly tourism, sustainable farming, and green entrepreneurship, helping local farmers and artisans adopt practices that benefit both their income and the environment. Through partnerships with Ever Retreat Villas and local markets, we create platforms for handmade crafts, organic products, and cultural experiences. The program also drives environmental awareness through tree planting, waste management, and clean community initiatives, ensuring every skill learned and business launched supports both economic stability and planetary health.
Our Ability Empowerment Program helps people with disabilities discover their strengths and build valuable skills. We provide training in computer skills, crafts, and small business management using accessible tools and methods.
Participants learn practical skills while building confidence through our support groups and mentorship. We work with employers to create job opportunities and help artisans sell their products.
